How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our product selection, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

You will need to provide your shipping details and payment information to complete the purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, Gcash, Maya and other secure online payment options. Details are available during the checkout process.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our online store receives orders non-stop and you will receive your order based on the standard delivery times below:

For within Metro-Manila: 1-3 working days
For Provincial: 3-7 working days

Please note working days exclude Sundays and Holidays!

If you need your order immediately or on the same day, please contact us directly and place your order through our Official Facebook account for faster coordination.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?

Operating Hours & Shipping Schedule

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our courier partners deliver on weekdays only.

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped out on the same day.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.

How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?

All our hair tools come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers factory defects such as:

  • The device not powering on
  • Faulty heating or temperature control
  • Unresponsive buttons
  • Charging issues (for rechargeable models)

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper use or handling
  • Dropping or physical impact
  • Water or liquid exposure (unless specified as waterproof)
  • Modifications or tampering
  • Normal wear and tear

To claim warranty service, please keep your proof of purchase and contact us with a description of the issue.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags/stickers, and in its original packaging.
  • Factory defects: device doesn't turn on, buttons/controls are unresponsive, doesn't heat up properly, charging function is not working (for rechargeable models), visible damage upon unboxing (video proof of the entire unboxing process).
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
